This project focused on the design and implementation of an intelligent automation system for ammonia condensers, aimed at fully automating the startup and operational processes without requiring real-time operator intervention. By integrating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), precise control algorithms, and graphical user interfaces (HMIs), the system enabled efficient configuration, continuous monitoring, and rapid response to operational changes. This approach significantly improved system efficiency, safety, and operational stability.

During the execution phase, the team designed specialized electrical panels in compliance with safety standards, carefully selected control components such as fans, pumps, and industrial valves, and developed a real-time monitoring system based on SCADA architecture. Comprehensive programming of the automatic startup process enabled smart management of cooling operations and established a robust infrastructure ready for integration with energy management and predictive maintenance systems.
