Abstract
Despite significant advances in industrial automation technologies, many managers continue to resist their implementation. This article explores the psychological, organizational, cultural, and economic reasons behind this resistance, revealing why some industrial decision-makers remain hesitant despite the well-documented benefits of automation. The analysis shows that human factors, fear of change, cost-centric thinking, and operational pressures all play a critical role. more
